At MotoHubLDN, we aim to provide fast, reliable, and transparent shipping for all motorcycle and car parts. Please review our shipping policy below.


Order Processing Time

  • All orders are processed either the same day or the next working day (excluding weekends and UK public holidays).

  • Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking details (where available).


UK Shipping

We ship across the United Kingdom

Estimated Delivery Times (UK):

  • Standard Delivery: 2 - 3 Business Days

  • Express Delivery: 1 - 2 Business Days

We attempt to use tracked services whenever possible so that our customers can get live updates on their orders.


International Shipping

  • We currently offer international shipping to selected countries.

  • International delivery times typically range from 5 – 14 business days, depending on destination and customs processing.

  • Shipping costs for international orders vary on location

Customs & Import Duties:
International customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import fees imposed by their country. Please consider these before purchasing internationally. MotoHubLDN is also not responsible for delays caused by customs clearance.


Delays & Lost Parcels

  • While we aim to meet delivery estimates, delays can occasionally occur due to courier issues, weather, or high-demand periods.

  • If your order has not arrived within the estimated timeframe, please contact us at motohubldn@gmail.com

  • MotoHubLDN is not responsible for parcels marked as delivered by the courier but not received. However, we will assist in investigating with the courier where possible.


Incorrect Address

  • Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout.

  • MotoHubLDN is not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer.

  • Returned parcels due to incorrect addresses may incur additional shipping charges.


Damaged Items in Transit

  • If your item arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with:

    • Your order number

    • Photos of the damaged item and packaging

  • We will assess the issue and arrange a replacement or refund where appropriate.
